relate to topics of underground origin. Many of these bases may not
be appropriate to users not familer with the topics at hand or the
underground computer scene itself. Those users must keep in mind that
the content of these messages are mostly for informational, or even more
commonly, entertainment purposes. Officially all public messages on this
board are considered to be for entertainment. Some information contained
on this system may be considered offensive to some individuals! Although
some information contained on this system may be considered political in
nature that information represents only the users of the system, and not
the system itself. The SysOp disclaims responsability for any messages
not posted by himself.

is not concerned with files. All files currently hosted on this system
represent the System Operator and system itself. This system is not
concerned with "warez" or "check out software." The System Operator
disclaims responsability for any files located on this system not
directly associated with him, including but not limited to the uploads
section, user to user file sections, and all public file sections.
