    Could it be this one?

turned to the Brazilian rainforest in the 1920s to construct a

industrial operation - it was Ford's attempt to establish a
    picturesque American society."

Ford is attributed to creating the 40 hour, 5 day work week. While he was tyrannical in some ways regarding alcohol consumption and organized labor, he beleived it was good for the economy for employees to have free time to
spend their hard earned money, and re-invest it into the economy. He pays
his employees to build cars, they spend their money on necessary and luxury items, which in turn allow employees of other businesses to have money to buy cars.
