I've had it a couple of times, its not bad, but its not beef. There
have been attempts to make it more popular but it never really took
off. Not just because we don't want to eat Skippy, but the
advantages it has aren't really that compelling to many people.
I quite like kangaroo, and find wallaby even tastier. :)
I remember back in the early 80's when Jack in the Box was embroiled in a big controversy with people saying that they were using kangaroo meat.
Don't know if it was ever proven or not. But if they WERE then those were some damn good burgers.
