From Rob Swindell (on Windows 11)@VERT to Git commit to main/sbbs/master on Sunday, September 13, 2026 17:18:13
    https://gitlab.synchro.net/main/sbbs/-/commit/fcc55cf959fc25940d1235ae
    Modified Files:
    src/encode/uucode.c uucode.h yenc.c yenc.h
    Log Message:
Relicense uuencode.* and yenc.* as LGPL (instead of GPL)

This was an oversight when moving the files from src/sbbs3 many years ago, they were intended to be LGPL at that time.

    Fix issue #1236
