    Modified Files:
    ctrl/text.dat src/sbbs3/text_defaults.c upload.cpp
    Log Message:
    Update BulkUploadDescPrompt string to take a string instead of uint for bytes

    With this change, it's important you don't try to use a newer text.dat with an older sbbs (and perform a ;UPLOAD sysop operation).

    Previously, each file's size in (k)ibibytes was displayed, which is not very modern of us. Use the byte estimate (e.g. "1.2M") strings intead.

    Modified Files:
    ctrl/text.dat src/sbbs3/text_defaults.c upload.cpp
    Log Message:
    Upload: name the file being processed with @FILE_NAME@, not a format string

    The ProcessingUploadedFile text string added in the previous commit
    carried the filename as a printf %s parameter, which meant bputs() could
    not expand @-codes in it (a formatted string is untrusted, since the
    parameter could itself contain an @-code) and the ellipsis had to be
    spelled out.

    Instead, make the file being processed the subject of the @FILE_* codes
    for the duration of uploadfile() (current_file, as the download and
    file-info paths already do) and write the string with @FILE_NAME@ and @ELLIPSIS@, output with a plain bputs(). A sysop can now use any of the
    @FILE_* codes in that string.
