have been less than those of predominately white schools. Hence, not equal.

If you care to find out the truth, try doing a search on "school budgets
for black schools in the 50s". You will find a lot of public documents
that support what I said.
This isn't the 1950's sucker! This is 2020!
Even going back to Bill Clinton's regime that statement is still a
