    I don't know what is the best ansi editor for Amiga but I tried two ansi editors:

    I prefer the last one, but it is a demo version and cannot save files. The author and his website have disappeared.

    You can also try this, which I believe was written for kick1.3 and requires the ARP.library:

    I use ANSI Master and BBS Draw myself.
