Is there a North American ITN (telnet) for amiganet?
My BBS is entirely msdos/frontdoor mailer. I never could get IREX to work as a internet mailer.

    Thanks.

Not in North America, but there are some AmigaNet nodes in other parts of the world that fly the ITN flag. If they really support ITN connections remains to be seen though, because most of the time it's in error, and used as the BBS telnet port.

But if you want I can ask arround, if anyone is willing to feed you...

My BBS is entirely msdos/frontdoor mailer. I never could get IREX to
    work as a internet mailer.

I'm not sure but it's probably difficult to do any kind of internet tcp/ip traffic under msdos.

    Bye, Wilfred.

Nah, AmigaNet is exclusively for people who already know why they want to join... ;-)

    Well,

I mean.. I am already a member of Fido, which has an Amiga echo that isn't very active.. I am a member of RETRONet and C=ommodore Net. Both which have Amiga echo's that aren't very active.

Any stats on daily or weekly activity rates that might make me make the effore.. So I don't just end up with more Amiga echos and "aren't very active"?

AmigaNet isn't very active either except for the BBSNEWS and FILE_ANNOUNCE area's. ;-)
A couple of times a year there are little bursts of message exchanges about a subject...

There probably is a big overlap of users and bbs's, between those nets and areas...

Well you can have a look yourself. There are bbs's that publish the AmigaNet areas. For instance: https://www.endofthelinebbs.com/?page=001-forum.ssjs&group=2 (except for the sysop area).
