  • WWIV 5.7.1 Pre-Release (Native OS/2 version + lots more)

    Just wanted to let everyone know about all the work that continues with WWIV. The latest pre-release 5.7.1 has lots of updates, fixes, new features, and now includes a first time ever - native OS/2 version.

    Not only that, but for those that run OS/2 (eCS), etc from a VM is familiar with there are no vmware tools available. That has also changed.

    Rushfan has created a VMware tools for OS/2 that will greatly improve using it in a VM (far better mouse control, etc).

    And for those that do NOT know, this is NOT an issue when running OS/2 OSes under
    Oracle VirtualBox as Oracle packages OS/2 drivers for that in the installer. --- Platinum Xpress/Win/WINServer v7.0
