Around 20% of all voters have voted for United Russia. 55% didn't care enough to cast a vote. Maybe a censored voting app is not really the problem. Maybe the majority doesn't care about Putin or thinks he's a hero. Maybe playing the newest cool game from the app store is even more interesting than elections. Or maybe our idea of democracy is a farce anyway.

Yeah, I guess the Russians are clueless about the censoring and just don't understand how elections and democracy work. They just consume input from the state controlled media/internet and then cast their vote for the party/people in power. Or the input does not compute and they do nothing.
