Place your commands to the Fido2telebot bot. Inotherwords,
goto or select the Fido2Telebot entity, and enter the help
command there. BTW.. the help command should be %help.

Sure.. Except I did it as a test because the Telegam Bot Spec suggests that /Help is one of the three commands your bot needs to support as a minimum. I was testing to see whether the inline bot and the PM bot were responding any differently.
