Make sure that when you run the installation run it as administrator.
I had an app that wouldn't save the registration info after running
it and installing it as administrator fixed that problem.
Installing .MSI files as administrator can be tricky as you can't right
click it and select run as administrator so here is a link to help you.

I am just wondering if anyone is having the same issue I am with NetSerial... I
am running V 4.34 64Bit with Windows 10 64Bit... and about 95% of the time after I reboot I have to uninstall and reinstall NetSerial because the VModem
won't initialize... Do nothing more than uninstall and reinstall and it starts
working again...
