That's why I started bookmarking videos. But, if they zap them, it won't do me much good with the bookmarks.

I have lots and lots of things bookmarked.
I'll run across something, bookmark it for later, and sometimes when I
go back that link is gone.
I have my bookmarks in folders named "daily" (favourite daily sites) TV2 (local stations and news in general), and on and on. Others such as "cars" (car related), history, old tv, OTR (old time radio), etc.
I have a general "misc" folder as well which has is pretty full and a catchall. Often a link is added there then moved to wherever I want it.
I like how Firefox backs up bookmarks and syncs on a regular basis so if
I bookmark something on the PC, it also shows up on the laptop, tablet and phone. No more lost bookmarks, or one machine has it and the other doesn't.

Firefox, Chrome, and Edge would slow to a dreadful crawl on YouTube and Facebook. On the other hand, I've gone back to Opera, which doesn't seem
to have that issue. One of the add-ons allows you to use the extensions
that you had in Chrome in Opera.

I bookmark something on the PC, it also shows up on the laptop, tablet and phone. No more lost bookmarks, or one machine has it and the other doesn't.

Chrome does the exact same thing.

If one is synced with Opera, it'll do the same thing.

I originally used it when it was shareware, but it was made freeware
several years ago. One of its extensions allows you to incoporate add-ons
that were in Chrome to Opera. Plus, I've had better performance on Facebook
and YouTube with Opera...than with Edge, Chrome, or Firefox.

However, Facebook's two factor authentication (2FA) is royally mucked up.
My smartphones no longer receive the SMS (text messages) of the verification codes...so as a result, I'm locked out.

It has been this way since last Friday, and I've sent them 3 scathing messages, noting such...and that:

    1) They seem more interested in policing content that taking care of glitch reports.

    2) They accused me of spamming by sharing content related to a group that
I am an admin of. That makes as much sense as teats on a boar hog.

I also added that because of being constantly slammed by friend requests
to like/share/view links...I unfriended everyone in Messenger, plus I
unjoined a large amount of groups, and unfollowed/unliked a bunch of pages.

I didn't tell them that I use the add-on of Fluff Busting Purity (you
can get that at fbpurity.com), which will allow you to choose what ads,
and other content you receive in your Facebook feed...instead of having
to weed through a ton of garbage.

I did threaten to leave Facebook, and go to another social media
    platform.

Well, I discovered (by accident) what the problem was. The app
I have on my smartphone to block spam voice calls and spam text messages...apparently has a "global usage database"...and someone
had blocked the codes for Facebook.
