You got cut off, again. What reader/editor are you using? Can't
you use something else? I think there was a little chat about
your options (or not) ..and that the problem seemed to be related
to the max number of chars in a paragraph. In the above case,
removing the quotes, the problem starts as soon as your paragraph
exceeds 255 chars. That would drive me nuts as a writer!

It was pretty much: he knew people who had authority over the city.
We had a laugh and rode on to where we parted ways.

    What reader/editor are you using?

    The writer with Doc's Place.

    Can't you use something else?

I tired several years ago to access Doc's with Thunderbird but for some
    long forgotten reason I couldn't.

    That was with Nancy.
It was agreed that I would keep my paragraphs short.
I sometimes go over that limit. :)

Almost like using Twitter, Which I have never used nor care to be in
    that cesspool.

    How 'bout another "place"?

The editor at Palantir or Danger Bay are very nice. The bbses
also have very nice area-listing management (scrollable in both
directions - so that you don't have to start all over again when
the area you want scrolled off the screen.)

Then of course, if you are using QWK, that might be another
    story.

Hehehh.. your 255 char limit *is* like that! Hahahahah!
