From Karel Kral@2:423/39 to All on Sunday, February 06, 2022 09:12:44
    Hello All!

I am not a programmer. I used to do some things in Delphi, usualy just some tools I needed for myself.

Actually I need one thing again (after decade) - and started to think about Free Pascal.

[I need to achieve specific patching in win10. I checked a lot of already made stuff on the internet, but nothing is doing what I need for 100%. Within Linux I would do it in bash/perl/something. Win10 command prompt/powershell are very limited]

I do not want to start flamewar, more asking for recommendation where to look.

Have a relatively big file (200MB+), find specific pattern and change it.

Started with fpc already. Using TMemoryStream. Looks like - will be what I needed.
