In all of Trump's lies about election fraud, there is one instance when he often tells the truth, which I find very interesting.
When he brags about how many votes he received in the 2020 election, he usually doesn't say, "I got more votes than anybody ever."
He usually doesn't say, "I got more votes than any candidate ever."
What he usually says is, "I got more votes than any sitting president."
And he's absolutely right. He is absolutely telling the truth there.
It's a very interesting distinction, though, and specifically does not preclude Biden getting more votes than Trump.
I wonder why he prefers that choice of words, when everywhere else he claims
to have won the election over Biden.
