No, Nancy Pelosi wasn't arrested after ripping a copy of the State of the
Union speech.

This is an example of some of the more absurd right-wing lies that get posted on social media.

Pelosi did rip up her copy of Donald Trump's State of the Union speech, but this was neither illegal nor in "violation of decorum provision of Rule XIX."

Since the State of the Union speech in question was in 2020 and Pelosi has clearly not been arrested, nor has any attempt been made to arrest her, it's safe to assume that this is just another right-wing lie.
