A bridge collapsed in Pittsburgh this morning, about 6 miles from where President Biden is expected to speak later today.
Initial reports indicate that the bridge collapsed under the weight of snow that had accumulated on it. The collapse also caused a massive gas leak, leading to evacuations of the surrounding areas.
Biden's speech is expected to be focused on infrastructure.
