1925, Mussolini succeeded, taking on the title "Il Duce".

Again, yeah, they caused disorder and then presented themselves as being
the only ones who could fix it (and poverty).

The czarist regime did not have the support of the people, which
is why it failed. This is what led to anarchy. When Lenin arrived,
there was no functioning government. All he did was pick up the
pieces and gain the support of the people.
