See there? There are no "safe harbors" in politics. Escpecially
in regards to presidential elections. Never mind Trump is batting
0 for 50+ lawsuits. None of that matters at all. The 12th Amendment
makes it all so very clear. It is who counts the vote is the only
thing that really matters.
