    The Durham investigation is winding down, and a report is expected to be forthcoming.

    The grand jury associated with the investigation has expired and is not expected to be renewed.

    The only indictment associated with the investigation, that of Michael Sussmann, resulted in an acquittal. No further indictments are expected.
