Apparently now that the election has passed, and it is the "first day of
2021," some non-Trumper, non-Republican, non-conservatives are starting to
let the truth slip. First it was Detroit, and now an even bigger
surprise...

Portland Mayor (D), Who Blamed Trump for Unrest, Vows to Get Tough With Antifa

Following rioting on New Year's Eve Thursday, Portland, Oregon Mayor Ted Wheeler (D) expressed a desire to enforce stricter penalties on repeat offenders who commit violent acts and vandalize property.

In a press conference on Friday, Wheeler (D) attributed the rioting on New Year's Eve to "violent antifa and anarchists" who broke windows, spray- painted, and caused thousands of dollars worth of damage.

Get ready to hear a Democrat use phrases like "anarchist violence,"

criminals," and "radical antifa and anarchists."

I did not hear him once mention Proud Boys or Bugaloos or "right wing" or anyone else. He knows where the violence is coming from. Now that Trump
has been removed, he can finally admit it.

He could have saved his city a lot of money, and a lot of face, if he had
come up with a plan over the Summer rather than playing politics with it.

So now we have Detroit *and* Portland admiting it and getting on the "hold
them accountable" bandwagon. I wonder which city or state will follow next?

You seem to have missed the point. Someone besides Trump and besides a Republican said that Antifa exists and is causing trouble in his city and state. He did not mention any right-wing groups.

No, I get the point. You seem to be suggesting that left wing extremism is a problem and right wing extremism is not.

I am suggesting that extremism is a problem regardless of it's right or left handedness.

After I read of antifa in Donald Trump's tweets I went looking for them to see what that was all about. I found nothing. Antifa is not a group.

I look it up from time to time, and still I can find no antifa group.

I have found reference to a few people who called themselves antifa around Oregon. I don't know what that is supposed to mean generally, or what it means to them because there is no antifa group.
