I wish racism would disappear forever, but it's not budging.

7 latino guys tortured, sodomized, and murdered a 17 year old black boy in 2001. The story is the most repulsive crime I've heard about since the 2016 murder of a 10 year old girl in New Mexico.

    https://www.foxnews.com/us/california-da-blasts-newsom-release-convicted-killer zavala

This article explains how the previous California governor (Gov Edmond
Brown) blocked the release of one of the convivcts in the case in 2017. But Gavin Newsome refuses to block the release now in 2021 and one of these monsters is going to be back on the streets in a few days.

This is one of those stories that you won't hear on CNN because it's counterproductive for the Democrat/GS party.

More details reveal that some of the suspects escaped to Mexico - but we
don't need a wall because "walls don't keep people out." Right?

Why do Democrats get off on people being cut with box cutters, electrocuted, sodomized, and then shot to death? Is it thrilling to know that these monsters walk among us? Do they have a sick fantasy of being the next victim? I don't share that fantasy.

If CNN told you guys to be tough on crime then you'd be tougher on crime than me. Maybe someday George will let you guys be tough on crime.

Do you have a study you'd like to cite? I was never polled on this, so not sure you could apply this to all democrats.

A liberal is a guy who votes for Democrats, and a Democrat is an elected official who favors criminals over crime victims.

If you're a liberal in California, I'd encourage you to elect Republican judges and Republican district attorneys, that way you don't have white supremacist child killers getting 18 year sentences for murder.

You weren't polled on this? Well, that's not the way Democrats work. They
don't care what they're constituents have to say after they're elected, it's just a tease while they're campaigning.

I'm in favor of reducing the federal government. I don't know what the point
is in having a congress if the president is going to do whatever he wants.

Instead of paying 1000 salaries of $250,000/yr, let's just pay one!

If the president sucks, then we vote against him/her when their term ends!

Reps don't represent anyone but themselves. Just look at Nancy "Let's make a law to protect me from getting shot by Marjorie Greene." But at the same time "Let's close jails and defund police because that makes criminals safer!"

There are 535 members of Congress (including the senate.)

    They each make about $250,000/yr

Since Joe Biden wants to rule like a dictator, we don't need any of those people anymore.

535 x $250,000 = $133,750,000/yr is how much we can save. And if we convert the unused space in the capitol & senate buildings into indoor weed-growing facilities, just imagine how many more millions we can add to that dollar amoun each year!

The states could follow suit with all their state congress dummies too. One sleazy piece of trash for each state (governors) and 1 ultra-sleazy president is all we need.

    Hello Aaron,

If the president sucks, then we vote against him/her when their term ends!

We did that, but he never wanted to leave. Even went to war against
himself so he wouldn't have to. Fortunately for us all, that didn't
work out quite the way he had planned ...

Reps don't represent anyone but themselves. Just look at Nancy "Let's make a

"Let's close jails and defund police because that makes criminals safer!"

Nobody should be allowed to bring guns onto the House floor, much
less have congresscritters shooting each other just for the fun of
it. The least we could do is have duels, with set rules in place.
Like in the old days. With seconds to make sure nobody steps out of
    line.

I'm in favor of reducing the federal government. I don't know what the point is in having a congress if the president is going to do whatever
    he wants.

Because there is supposed to be checks and balances on abuse of power by
any one of the three major branches of the federal government.

Instead of paying 1000 salaries of $250,000/yr, let's just pay one!

If you are only talking about Congress, your numbers are off. There are
535 members of Congress. All of them make less than $250,000 per year.
Most of them make $174,000. So far as I can determine, there are only
two people who make more than $250,000 -- President and Chief Justice of Supreme Court. I also believe that those numbers have not changed for
    the past decade +.

Its very simple, if you pay peanuts, you get monkeys. It's relatively easy to verbally bash politicians. I wouldn't take on their tasks for any money in the world. It's a shitty job, but one that (depending on the function) entails a huge amount of responsibility.

What really worries me is the extreme polarization of society, which I notice not only in the USA but also here in Europe.

People really don't seem to learn and fall for the phrases of the tricksters over and over again.

Kind regards from an outsider (as far as US politics is concerned) from Austria, Europe.
