Trump's defense attorney is arguing that "impeachment is to be used to remove civil officers of the United States."
I predict that this joke will end with most of the senate agreeing with that statement. But if I'm wrong, and they convict Trump (a private citizen,) then
I guess we know that we're out of luck if we want to convict Joe Biden for crimes committed as vice president.
