I don't know about that, but I do find his recent exchange With Putin interesting. He hurls some insults, and Putin suggests that they have a
"live" conversation to discuss our differences. You know, like most leaders would do. Joe's people say he is "too busy" and don't suggest a better time
to do it.

First of all, that does not really sound like the "better diplomacy"
promise Biden ran on to get elected.

Second, I very strongly suspect that Putin requested a "live" discussion, rather than back and forth in the media, because Putin suspects that Joe
could not very well handle a conversation that is not pre-recorded,
scripted, and that does not involve reading off of a teleprompter.

Leaders of different countries talk to each other all the time.
Only usually in private, very rarely in public. What Putin is doing
is putting on an act, trying to defend himelf from having publicly
been called out for who and what he is by the POTUS.

What Biden said in public was direct and to the point.
Let Putin defend himself, if he can.
Otherwise, why should Biden apologize?
