    What are you on? Black slaves didn't build a majority of the building in Washington DC and even if they did that doesn't give them a right to the circumvent the constitution.

    Right. Black folks were not people. Not even human, according to
    those rich white folks who owned property (such as slaves) and wrote
    the US Constitution.

    Maybe that is why British soldiers burned down the White House.
    Even though the British also owned slaves.

    Now please tell me who has the right to circumvent the Constitution.
