I'm not getting any younger, but for me Biden was incoherent. He was rambling on about stuff, not getting specific about North Korea, the pandemic, or tarrifs on China. Just plenty of generic information that tells us nothing.
Jen Psaki gives more juicy details than Biden himself.

I'd liken it to great-grandpa Joe at Christmas. Just rambling on incoherently about something that none of us really care about.

It's sad to see. Joe should be in assisted living.
I should be scared to think that Senile Joe and the Whore are in the White House, but it's pretty clear to me that neither of them are really in charge. Someone (or some group) behind the scenes are actually setting policy.

I like the part where he was rambling, trying to work up to a good zinger
that would likely be pointed at the previous administration, only to lose
his train of thought and give up.

He was able to give coherent answers when he got asked questions on things
he had on his cheat sheet. Not so much when he got asked follow-ups or
other unforseen questions.

That's totally clear. Biden & Harris aren't hiding because they choose to
hide, they're hiding because the real brains can't afford any miscommunication.

Transparency is gone. Trump took it with him when he left. Jen Pskaki looks like her head is going to explode every time someone asks her a legitimate question, and Biden made a wise choice by avoiding questions from Peter Doocy.
