    Hello Tim,

And since we were talking about the incarnation of children who are
separated from their parents, those children have committed no crime.
Plus, in most cases their parents have not committed anything worse than
    a misdemeanor if even that.

I believe that child endangerment/abuse is more than just a
    misdemeanor.

Where do you come up with that? In most cases, the parents are
attempting to remove their children from danger and abuse.

They drag them across hundreds of miles of Mexico, including many areas
known to be run by drug cartels and human traffic gangs, in order to
illegally cross the border into a country where they should know there is
a good chance they are going to be separated or be turned back.

And after doing that, what makes anyone think they are `responsible parents'
    to begin with?

Parents who care for their children, and want to find a better place
    for them to live.

What `responsible' parent subjects a child to all of that peril to begin with?

Those who want to save their child(ren) from death, or things even
    worse than death.

    Hello Tim,

How do you know that they know that? What they are really aware of is
the situation where they are and the need to escape it.

One way I know it is that I am related to someone who makes frequent
trips to Central America to encourage such behavior and to coach them
on what to do when they arrive. They also wait at the US-Mexico border
whenever they expect a group to arrive to provide additional
assistance. So, they know they need coaching and why.

I would hope and expect that your relative is giving good advice, e.g.
cross and immediately turn yourself into a border patrol officer -- then
how to seek an immigration lawyer who will help them through the
    process.

You miss a large point. There's something a lot of people are ignoring:

As the democrats like to spout whenever they get in front of a microphone; we are a system of laws!

Of course we are. As well as a country of men, women, and children.
With none in cages. Except a disproportionate number of young black
men in prison, many for crimes they did not commit. They don't count
as part of this once-great country of ours. I mean, for white folks,
    black lives don't matter.

The people who are entering Mexico and then entering the US illegally are here ILLEGALLY!

Only until they leave, or are sent back to their own country of origin.

People who travel to foreign countries to coach people how to gain entry illegally are aiding and abetting criminal activity.

Oh, come now. Having the highest number of unemployed since the
Great Depression of the 1930s, thesee are the only jobs available.
You are talking about people who are actually working, rather
than wanting to get paid to stay at home. Is that what you really
want to do? Pay folks to stay at home and do nothing?

BTW.....I wonder how a person who engages in the activity of aiding and abetting any of these people, feels when an `illegal alien'
    murders an American!

Job coaches are paid for what they do. Most of them, anyway. I really
do not understand your reasoning as to why coaching folks how to get
a job would be criminal or criminal activity. Please explain.

A godfather is a job coach. Never in his own lifetime would a
godfather ever harm so much as a fly. Not even Don Corleone himself.
Michael, maybe. But not The Godfather.

Do they wonder if that illegal might have been in a group they had coached? That the American victim might still be alive but for their own activity?

I personally knew the godchild of Carlos Marcello. Very nice lady.
Used to come over to my house. Made me the best lasagna in the whole
wide world. She had shot her husband. In the back. On purpose. She
was charged with first degree murder, brought to trial, and the jury
rendered a verdict of "not guilty".

Yes, she really did make the best lasagna in the whole world.
Had I told her anything different, I would not be here.

    Hello Tim,

They also need to escape border patrol and ICE when they don't use the
    port of entry.

Many of them do not attempt to evaid border patrol -- they look for them
so that they can submit themselves for asylum.

Thats a lie! Where do they think they're going to `look for them' while hiding in the trunk of a car! Or all those `illegals' stashed on freight htrains eading away from the border? Is there a `border patrol station' on the
    caboose?

I dunno. Kinda hard to do when hoofing it on foot.

And why not seek asylum in Mexico? Mexico is as good as the USA.

If you belive that Mexico is as good as the USA, why not move there? It
is clear that the immigrants do not belive that.

We have laws (as democrats are always tossing out there) on `immigration'.

Not to worry. DACA will be there for all the children.
Then the adults can join them later.

Hiding in the trunks of cars....stashing behind false walls in semi trailers... sneaking onto a beach from a boat in the middle of the night.... if they want `in' do it legally. The first time they are caught coming in illegally they should never be allowed to apply to stay here again in their lifetime.

Crossing the border (intentionally or not) is like jaywalking.
It is noting more than a misdemeanor. Border control takes their
name and address (if they have one) and sends them back to where
they came from. The next time they get here, if they have all
their papers in order, and pass the interview, they get to stay
longer. See how that works? We are so nice.

    Hello Tim,

By federal law, those seeking asylum cannot be criminals.

The Supreme Court has ruled that asylum requests can not be made from
    within the USA.

I would like to see you quote a reference to a ruling that says that. I
cannot find such -- all I can find is a SC ruling that limits the right
of appeal for immigrants, not that they cannot apply for asylum.

    A couple of things;

Firstly...seeking `asylum' is from horrendous conditions in the country they
    are coming from.

And the rule for `asylum' is it has to be applied for in the FIRST country the asylum-seeker enters. In the vast majority of cases thats `Mexico'!

Trump's rule is being challenged in the courts, and is not settled
    law.

So if they ENTER Mexico to get to the United States they have no grounds to
apply for `asylum' here. They were already IN a country they could have had
`asylum' in. So their asking for it here is null and void.

One more time. Trump's rule is not settled law, as it is still
being challenged in the courts. Do pay attention, dear boy.

Secondly....even more illegal aliens are now from mid-eastern countries pouring in America. Many of whom are `enemies' of this country.

So, no matter what country a person is seeking asylum from, they
are our enemies. Not just Mexico, but every country on earth. Except
perhaps for Russia, which now rules the USA through Putin's puppet.

    Thanks for clearing that up.

People who live nowhere near the Mexican border don't have a clue what we p up with out here. Illegals POUR across the border out here, from the ocean

This is something I've been noticing too; people from the interior of the USA don't know what kind of people they're defending. The brutality of the violence in border states is not equal to the violence in Chicago, for example.

In Chicago, people are being gunned down. As awful as that is, it's a better fate than being kidnapped, tortured, and set ablaze like some of our southern people.

I think those who defend illegals are either 1) addicted to drugs that flow through the border or 2) are sex predators who can't live without forced prostitution or 3) are business owners profiting from slave-labor, or 4) are homosexual and feel like they owe something to the liberal agenda.

No matter which of these 4 categories a Democrat supporter falls in, they are all putting themselves before others, which is not really pc at all..

The majority of asylum seekers do turn up for their hearings.

    No....they don't!

    Those are a little extreme.

I believe that some of them are well-meaning and probably fall into one of these categories:

    1) They have white guilt;
    2) They are closet racists who believe that they are better off in a white majority country;
    3) They stereotype Latinos (except Cubans) as certain eventual Democrat voters; 4) They expect some other political advantage or monetary gain (see your
    #3);
    5) They really hate Donald Trump and/or Republicans in general and know
that open boards piss them off

Some of the numbskulls they interview on TV certainly fall into a
combination of 1 and 2. Most others I have met, including one of the
coaches, fall into a combination of 1, 3, 4, & 5. If they did not have a strong belief in #3 they would never ever help them. Never. Ever.
