Liz Cheney on the other side was among those ten Republicans who voted with Democrats in the House of Representatives to impeach Trump after storming the Capitol, and is one of Trump's most vocal critics.

On Twitter, Cheney recently wrote: The 2020 presidential election was not stolen. Anyone who claims it was is spreading THE BIG LIE, turning their back on the rule of law, and poisoning our democratic system.

But it looks like the Trump fanbase is now pushing Cheney out of office. As an outsider (I live in Austria), I wonder: Will that strengthen Trump's position with Republicans in the long term?

Cheney doesn't represent my area so I really don't know... so I am also an outsider. I do not think that Mr. Cheney or G.W. Bush were big fans of
Trump so I am not too surprised he does not like her. From what little I
have read, Wyoming residents don't seem unhappy with her.

Trump lost the election and continues to cry about it. Not really
surprising. Not worth arguing about, since nobody likes a loser who
