the court if he is elected president. Well, seems Republicans
have been doing that for years. And not just on one court, but

See there? No need for President Biden to change the US Constitution.
All he has to do is do as his Republican pals have done. And with the
new Senate having a majority of Democrats, I am sure that would be
no problem. No problem at all.
Moscow Mitch might want to consider retirement, if his opponent
has not already sent him there.
