I don't know why they bothered shopping. The Dems never thought the Constitution constrained them anyway.

And you have to ask, how many people will "mysteriously" find the money to pair their rent?

    and when asked
abouts it constitutionality she replies with "I don't think most people are concerned with the legality of it."

Most people are very concerned about it. But the Left's false Narrative says otherwise.

    So by violating the Supreme
Courts decision President Biden has committed a impeachable offense.

Ya, but the people with impeaching Biden is Harris. No one, and I mean no one either on the Right or the Left, want her as President.

So The CDC issues an eviction moratorium and the Biden administration get sue
and a lower court says the moratorium is unconstitutional which is upheld by t
supreme court saying that only congress can continue the moratorium. Congress
ecides not to take it up and leaves for vacation. So the Biden administration s the CDC issue another eviction moratorium after he said he talked to constit
ional scholars and most said they thought it was unconstitutional but found a uple who though it might not be. Of course circle back Jen tells reporters the

If true, they would find him incompetent to stand trial. If you can find a link where Jen says that, I would be interested in it. While I don't like the idea of people being thrown out into the streets, you also have landlords
who have been losing money and also have bills and homes that can be
reposessed if they don't make payments.

Not sure how one can justify throwing out renters as "bad" while having
others lose everything as "not (as) bad."

Not sure how one can justify throwing out renters as "bad" while having others lose everything as "not (as) bad."

Congress set aside billions of dollars for rent relief, but less than 10% of that has been spent. The problem seems to be that the states are in charge of distributing this money, but have been extremely slow in doing so.

In Texas, for example, the state legislature only meets every two years. That may have been often enough to keep up with the times in the 19th century, but it's not nearly frequent enough to deal with a pandemic. And anything that doesn't pass will have to wait another two years, unless the governor calls a special session.
