I read too much news, and I should get a life, but in the meantime..

As of today, CNN.COM has 0 articles about Afghanistan, but 3 articles about Trump.

I know that CNN.COM doesn't speak to the entire liberal population, but they really should let people know that Biden's "retaliatory strike against ISIS" in Afghanistan killed 7 children, 3 adult civilians, and 0 members of ISIS.

They've also got 0 articles about immigration, despite the fact that there are more than 10,000 Haitians at the border, among thousands of asylum seekers
from other countries, while facilities are already swamped with children not only in cages, but in squalor conditions.

But there are 4 articles about why people who don't vaccinate are destroying the world ;)

The Leftie Media has been sinning by omission for decades now.

Back in 1996, I had debated this topic on the BBSs.

One of the guys (who worked in media) challenged me to provide an example. About 2 weeks later, I did. While he still didn't agree with me, he had to accept that my example was true. The Democrats did something that was 1) newsworthy, 2) would not be popular with the public and 3) was ignored by the media. Note that this was back during a time when you could actually discuss things with Lefties.

They scurry off when their CNN talking points stop working, which doesn't take long.

I may have misunderstood you in my previos response. The phrase "as of today" can have two very different meanings, one being "before and including today," and one meaning "from today forward."

If you meant "before and including today," then CNN has indeed reported on Afghanistan and immigration.

If you meant "from today forward," they have reported on both topics in the past; why is it necessary for them to pump out news articles about them day after day?

That's probably the first and only coverage that CNN had of the 4000+ Haitian refugees arriving daily. They don't want to talk about the ridiculousness of our asylum policy, but they want to accuse border patrol of abusing suspects who tried to enter the country illegally, the country which you claim "doesn't have an open border."

You are wrong; that was certainly not the only article they had about the Haitians.

The Haitians are under the international bridge near Del Rio. They are not attempting to enter any further into the US. They are turning themselves in
as soon as they arrive and many, after being interviewed, are being sent back to the bridge to wait.

The Border Patrol on horseback were rounding up the Haitians under the international bridge to send them back to Haiti.

Up until a year or two ago, I found CNN's website more difficult to

for example, it would be "above the fold" on Fox's site, where it would not show up at all on CNN's home page. OTOH, CNN's site seemed to include more advertising banners, often disguised as news articles.

Fox later screwed up their site and now it is difficult to find articles on subjects that interest me on either one of them.
