    The USSC's ruling to uphold Trump's "Migrant Protection Protocols," Alejandro Mayorkas is expected to restore the program next month.

    Biden said "We'll find a way around it."

    That doesn't sound very "presidential." Find a way around th USSC's ruling?

    The only way to get around that will be to pack the court & get the case re-opened. Or unless Joe means "we'll find a way to get them in here undetected."

    Not really. The way around it would be to address whatever the USSC found
    wrong with his initial cancellation of the program and cancel it in a way
    that addresses that concern.

    Cancelling the MPP isn't in and of itself unconstitutional.
