  • Reset Control Panel

    Well, I completely exited the control panel, and went into
    SCFG, and did the same thing you told me. Then I restarted
    the control panel. I'll see with this post if it works. If
    not, I don't know what's wrong.

    The thing is, it shows up here as UTC. But, if it shows as CDT elsewhere,
    I can just make a note of such.
