    get the ansi from your msg... hit O, then S at msg read prompt.

    load that up in thedraw and block save it [6 across x 10 high]...
    ...save it as a Binary [instead of Ansi]

    edit your avatar on your bbs, usually /A from the main menu...
    upload the saved .BIN file.

    Yup, I ended up using syncterm ctrl-c and saving as binary w/sauce and cropping it. Thanks man! I'll upload the one you made me tomorrow and use that for a while :)
