Hi Rob,

I see that the FTS-5001 describes the PING functionality and it supported well in SBBS. I did read somewhere that the PING and TRACE were supposed to be slit. I was wondering whether you were going to include that any time?

"slit"? SBBSecho supports PING and I'll take a look at adding TRACE again someday (it was non-trivial last time I looked). A feature request at https://gitlab.synchro.net/main/sbbs/-/issues
would insure it doesn't get forgotten.
