I have 10 or so message areas that are not saving my new scan pointers. They are networked so I checked the hub and the pointers there are fine. I can manually set the pointers for the message areas to last message but when I log off, the next time I log in and do a new scan they are back to what they were before. Ive ran chksmb and fixsmb but nothing fixed this issue. Any ideas what else I can do?
Didn't I just answer this question recently?I at first asked if it could be my hub for that network and checked what you suggested. The problem is on my end and I have not found a way to fix it yet other then resetting the pointers everytime I login.
