• Best way to del fido

    Greetings All!

I am thinking that I have to wipe out fidonet and rebuild it, its the only ftn not accessible from the menu. At first I thought the 3rd msg lister could have been the culprit but all the other areas work, so has to be fido, right? Anyhow have any advice on how to remove all things fido and rebuild it? Just start deleting?

I would recommend and request that you debug the issue with the author of the 3rd party message lister. "Deleting fido" might make the problem go away for you, for now, but it's not going to fix whatever the underlying issue is.

If you disable the 3rd party message lister, just as a test, do you still have issues with your fido subs?
