  • Timeout way too Short

    After I installed Synchronet, I tried to create my account, and it kept timing out, if I didn't press any key for like 3 seconds. It made it really hard to get my account created. I finally gave myself the V exemption, I think, which fixed that, but I can't expect new users to feal with that. So where do I find the default time-out rate?

    This sounds like a bug that was only briefly on the v3.20a development code and has been fixed:

    The settings is MaxLoginInactivity in ctrl/sbbs.ini, but it sounds like you just need to update.
