    I'm getting this error on a message area. The file and directory are there but still get this error. Anyone know whats going on?

    I'm getting this error on a message area. The file and directory are there but still get this error. Anyone know whats going on?

    Delete the .lock file. Sounds like the system crashed or was rebooted while smbutil (msgbase maintenance) was running.
