    A feature included that will allow users to upload files through the browser (WEBV4) to the BBS instead of through telnet or ftp.

    post() in `qwk.ssjs` is an example of how to receive files via HTTP-POST using SSJS.

    webv4 is no longer receiving new features (from me anyway), but this is a planned feature for the next web UI which is being built.
