    Additional: It looks like if you remove the port from a C/N line or maybe remove a C/N line completely from the ircd.conf then it's still kept in memory. I've commented out vert and rehashed but still keeps trying to connect.

    To clarify on the above: I need an ircd.conf and steps to replicate this behaviour. Once that's provided, I'll investigate.
