    i said before i had duplicate folders in some areas,
    that's when you have 'Auto-Add Sub-directories Yes',
    then you see the real folder as well, but there are no files in them.

    I'll look into it, but it's probably expected. The "Auto-Add sub-dirs" feature is really for the use case where you create a library in SCFG, but want the directories (sub-dirs of the lib's parent folder) to be auto-discovered (not configured by hand). If you configure the directories by hand in the library, then I would expect duplicates to be possible if/when you use the "Auto-Add" feature. There is de-duplication done by SBBS when auto-adding the sub-dirs (comparing the auto-detected directory against the pre-configured directory storage paths), but I'll test it and make sure that's working as expected.

    The auto-added sub-dirs would be empty until you added files to them (e.g. using addfiles.js).
