Hi All,

when accessing the BBS through the internet it doesn't have a secure connection. I'm pretty sure it used to. Anyone have any ideas? I did search the Wiki for it, but found nothing.

First be certain that ALLOW_TLS is included in your Options line under [Web] in sbbs.ini, and be sure that TLSInterface and TLSPort are either absent from that section, empty, or set to the values that you want:

A self-signed certificate is generated and used by default, but will not be trusted by anyone's web browser. You can get a free trusted cert from Let's Encrypt, and we have a module for that:

Is your WSS port open/forwarded? Do you have a valid certificate
installed? Is LetsEncrypt enabled/configured?
