    "ars" controls who can "see" this program. You probably want "SYSOP" here too (e.g. "DOS AND SYSOP").

    You need to set the XTRN_SH mode flag too or this `clean_cmd` isn't going to work on Windows where it requires the command shell (e.g. cmd.exe or command.com) to execute "del".

    Same thing here: XTRN_SH needed or this clean_cmd won't work on Windows.
