Netmail (other than internet email) address in the twitlist

While you can twit specific emails, you can't twit specific netmails.

It would be nice to be able to twitlist netmail addresses like `MRO@VERT/BBSESINF` and `mro@1:103/705` so the blast radius of a twit entry could be limited.
