• Option to pack SMB backups

While I don't mind having a multi-meg empty mail.sdt file, it seems silly to have five backup empty mail files too... it would be nice if mail backups could be packed when created or something.

The mail base is normally self-packed, so packing doesn't usually save much in terms of disk space. That said, running a daily event that executed "smbutil -a p %zmail.0.shd" should do pack the most recent backup of the mail base.

The reference to the empty mail.sdt file seems unrelated to packing. Maybe you want us to not bother backing up an empty mail base? That sounds like an easy feature to implement.
