    Hello There,

    It is with a large amount of sadness that I say that I will be closing up shop BBS and Fidonet wise. That will include my RC and NC responsibilities in Fidonet. I have enjoyed my 25 years having a BBS and being a part of Fidonet. But things and people change and I am getting to a point in life where I don't have the same abilities as I once did. I days ago had a forth heart attack and it has changed what I have decided to devote my remaining time to. I wish everyone a farewell and best wishes.

    Things like a heart attack have a way of changing your outlook on life and your priorities pretty damn fast. On March 23, it'll be a year since I woke up with a blood clot in my right thigh and a clot blocking the artery that feeds my lungs ... I somehow didn't die and made it to the hospital. I understand where you're coming from.

    You're always welcome to visit my BBS anytime you want. God willing, I'll keep running my BBS for a good while longer yet.

    Thanks for your service to Fidonet. We'll miss you!
