    Hi, All!

    Effective with the next nodelist, Marc Blakely will be stepping down as
    NC. Marc has been at various times both NC and RC17, and was one of (if
    not THE) original NCs in the Pacific Northwest. We owe him a deep vote
    of gratitude for his work over many, many years and I thank him
    personally for his support during my tenure!

    Gene Buckle has agreed to take on the job of NC138 and I know you'll all support him!
