    The following dead echoes are forever "nuked" here as of today.

    They will never be reinstated, and any messages received in them will be rejected at this system.

    Z1_ECHOMAIL - Dead forever. Echomail is largely peered/meshed these days.
    Z1_POLICY - Dead forever. Whatever policy matters can happen here. Z1_POLITICAL - Dead forever, useless/antagonistic nonsense.
    Z1_ROUTING - Dead. Routing questions can be discussed here.
    ZEC - Dead forever, highly unlikely there will ever be a ZEC.
    SUPER-BITCH - Dead forever, was some stupid flame echo.
